Daily Boost Live!

This morning I did my Daily Boost live on Facebook! Despite all the outrageously bad news we are being bombarded with daily, I have found so much to inspire and motivate me in Costa Rica of late, and I thought I’d sum it up directly. Thanks so much to those who were able to join me. Aside from an insect that grew quite fond of my face, nothing unexpected happened until shortly after I turned off the camera, when a small earthquake shook the house.
